Welcome to the Shadow Ridge Estates Homeowners Association
Shadow Ridge Estates is a tranquil community located north of Interstate 70 in Wentzville, MO. There are 113 homes which are governed by indentures and an HOA Board of Directors.
Homeowner Portal
The portal is a great resource for homeowners to easily stay up-to-date on events, see all of the financial information, meeting minutes, view community rules (DCCR's) and Bylaws, report a concern and more.
This tool allows us to communicate with REGISTERED homeowners, as well as allows homeowners to communicate service requests and improvement opportunities. We have the tools to email you through a safe information protected website.

The service is easy to set up through your portal and allows you to pay your HOA dues as well as any additional charges that may apply.
You can also set up automatic payments, so you never have to worry about missing a payment or incurring late fees.
